Vice President - Distribution
Diego Fernandez leads the distribution business unit for SACO worldwide, reporting directly to the CEO. A senior executive with more than a decade of industry expertise, Mr. Fernandez has an impressive background that includes developing the open market strategy in Latin America for Blackberry, where he held the position of Account Director, LatAm prior to joining SACO. In his capacity at Blackberry, he contributed in the advancement of that company into the #1 player in Latin America, capturing over 20% market share in some countries. Before that, he was the Account Manager for Blackberry at the international wireless distributor, Brightstar, in charge of purchasing and managing inventory. Mr. Fernandez, who is fluent in both English and Spanish, holds an MBA in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma Christian University and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
